Site Sale & Final Sale Items

All pieces purchased during site sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for refund or return. 

Please thoroughly review your order before completing the purchase.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 12 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return criteria.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.

To initiate a return, contact us at christellejewelleryinfo@gmail.com within 12 days of receiving your item. Please include refund request and your order number in the subject line. Also attach photos in the email. Allow up to 72 business hours for a member of our team to get back to you.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges and returns.

Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we’ll process an exchange or refund within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

 Christelle Jewellery has the right to deny returns for any items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Earrings Policy 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on earrings.
